Vieuxpont designs, builds and operates medium-to-large solar infrastructure — from utility-scale farms to commercial rooftops — with energy and data management built into every asset.
From the first feasibility study to decades of operation, every Vieuxpont project moves through the same four disciplines — under one roof, with one accountable team.
Feasibility, yield modelling, electrical and structural design for ground-mount arrays and complex rooftops — engineered for grid connection from day one.
Full project delivery: civils, mounting, DC/AC installation and commissioning across solar farms, commercial sites and rooftop infrastructure.
Behind-the-meter optimisation, storage integration and load matching that turns generation into measurable cost and carbon outcomes.
Live performance telemetry, fault detection and reporting — every panel, inverter and meter visible in one operational view.
We don't hand over a system and walk away. Vieuxpont treats every install as a long-lived asset — instrumented, measured and managed so it keeps delivering against the model it was designed to.
Vieuxpont was founded by Alan “Rick” Vippond, an electrician with more than 50 years in the trade and one of Australia's early solar pioneers. Rick completed his first solar installation in 1991 — long before rooftop arrays were a common sight — and has spent the decades since turning hands-on field experience into how the company engineers, builds and operates renewable assets today.
